Our stay in this rental was great. The unit was well equipped, spacious and cozy at the same time. Close to transit it was easy to get in and out of downtown. Management was very quick to respond to the only issue we had (dead batteries in the remote) I would highly recommend this property .

This rental was a good find and close to the T. It's was clean and had all the necessary thinks needed. The. beds were very soft and hard on the back. There was no information about the transportation system in the condo. But overall we would use the condo again.

  Thank you for staying and taking the time to review! Regarding the beds, they are memory foam, so some may not be accustomed to them. But those that like memory foam, they are ideal. Also, transport information is provided on our website and lots of information in our Guest App. We even provide walking directions so please have a look if you come and stay with us. Also, can take you door to door with detailed directions, which is provided in the "Welcome Letter" in the condo. Thanks again for staying with us!

Had a very good experience in this property. The unit comes loaded with everything you need to have a comfortable stay and everything was pristine when we arrived. The property is conveniently located and close to all the interesting spots in Boston. Close to Cape Cop/Martha's Vineyard/Providence. A great place to experience New England. The neighborhood was a but more noisy that I'm accustomed to but this seems to be the norm in more densely populated places (I live in the 'burbs). The noise was never an issue for us to sleep soundly. The management company was very timely and helpful, will definitely stay again when in Boston.

I was pretty satisfied with the place. I would probably stay here again if I went to Boston. The only thing I wish was that the bathroom be updated and better maintained; specifically the bathtub which looked worn out and had some mildew on the sides where the caulking had worn out. However, overall I was happy with the space. It was bigger then we thought and allowed my family to feel comfortable. Parking was great as well.

Our house was heavily damaged by flooding during the horrendous winter Boston went through. By luck, we were steered to Swank by family/friends. It's no fun living out of a hotel/motel day to day. The property was like being home. This property was about a mile from our house and fit the bill in all ways.Clean,quiet, well stocked- it was a turn key operation. All you needed was groceries. The service and assistance made things very easy for us in a trying time.

  Thank you for staying with us! Apologies that you had some confusion but we do list this unit as a 2 1/2 bedroom as we explained to your group prior to the booking. For those considering, there are two bedrooms with queen beds in each and one small room with a full size futon bed that can be used as a sitting room or a 3rd bedroom. Doors are located off the main bedroom and the kitchen. Most of our guests find it a perfect solution as a place to sit and read or a bedroom for the 5th person in their group. We are thrilled that you felt the apartment was wonderful however!

We didn't stay in the rental for too long because we spent the majority of our time at the convention center attending PAX East. It was a very nice and quiet place to end the day to eat and get some rest for the following day. We had a car and found that parking was not easily to be found when we arrived late at night from attending the convention but we however managed to find a single open spot each night. The rental unit was presented very nicely and the only quirks was the latch on the bathroom door did not function and a floor board in the kitchen sometime caught toes or socks. Overall it was a very good trip and stay.
