The Duplex is on the top two floors of a modern building with ample windows and natural light. The lower floor features an open floor plan, hardwood floors, full kitchen, dining room, and luxuriously furnished living room.

Unit rents by the month, with a 3 month minimum stay required.

The property was extremely spacious and had everything we needed for our stay. Parking was provided at the rear of the property which was good as there are parking restrictions in the street for non-resident vehicles. The owner was very helpful with information about the local facilities.
The only issue I had was the need to download an app to receive information about the property - why the issue? You need a US phone number .. and being visitors from overseas we did not have one.

We were looking for a place for our entire family to relax and visit our daughter, who lives nearby and attends college. We were pleased from the moment we arrived at the rental property and were greeted by the property manager. The unit was spacious, comfortable, clean and cozy for our entire family of six. We would love to return again to this property, as the location is safe and close to the T.
