Communication quick and concise and entry information complete. The unit was in a safe area as there are many med and dental students in the area with a police headquarters just a few blocks away. Wifi was quick, did not use the TV. Good AC. Very quiet unit. Bathroom was huge. Good to know we could have had 1 or 2 other guests with extra setr-up fee for portable cots. Would definitely return.

What a great neighborhood for a week's rental. It's quiet but close to public transportation. We easily made our way all around the city. There are some great restaurants very near the apartment.

Overall, this is a good experience for me to stay in Boston. We spent 22 days in this property. The apartment is spacious for us although there is only one bedroom. Every morning the bedroom with full of sunshine. The surroundings is quiet and clean. Especially, there are three supermarkets close to the property, which is very convenient for us. Besides, there are several good restaurants and bakery abound there. We had a good rest there. The only problem we have is only the drainage, especially in bathroom, but anyway, this is a old apartment with over 100 years. I am satisfied with Swank Property's service. Everything can get from the APP. And they provided some important information to us.

My husband and I took our 1st Anniversary trip to Boston. The place is beautiful. I couldn't of asked for a better location. Walgreens, Market, and coffee shops are just right down the street! And it is on the quite side of town! However, I did download the Swank Properties app on my phone, check-out was easy! Check-in not so much, I ended up calling the number to let them know we were there. When you do check-out, you have to take the trash out, no biggie but there wasn't a place to put it.(Even though it says there is) So we ended up finding a random garbage can to put it in. I feel like the place could/should of been a bit more decorated. The inside a lot of characteristics and it is just to plain and boring. Also, we did have the windows open most of the time b/c there isn't a fan or A/C in the unit.
