It was a good, basic, clean apartment. It appears to be located in a college student area, but there were not loud parties or people on the street. I would stay here again. The owners were very responsive and helpful when I had a problem.

We would recommend this place highly. Great location near an MTA stop. Place was very clean and great to have a full kitchen and washer and dryer.Only caution is very steep walk up from MTA stop which may be a problem for someone with certain health issues. For us it was perfect.

Wonderful having you David! Thanks for mentioning the T stop close by. As a small aside, we do provide a map on the fridge that provides a much gentler path to the T and that also goes right by the Grocery, IceCream and Pharmacy! Come again!
