We would love to provide an in-residence cleaning for free, but in order to keep prices down for everyone, we do have to charge a nominal amount for linen service for during a stay. Guests staying in units without a washer dryer do get linen service at no charge when staying for monthly stays. And we are always ready and happy to do more often, for the minimal fee. City noise is unavoidable, but we do have double pane windows that are sound dampening and foam insulation in the exterior walls to dampen vibration and sound. For most, this is great... but I do understand if you are not used to a city, it can be a bit notable. Thanks again for being our guests!

Most of furnitures are in good conditions, except dining table, coffee tables and oven.
